This is an online leadership course for English-speaking employees with leadership potential or working as managers in Danish organizations. You can join the course online (using Zoom) from anywhere in or outside Denmark. All interaction and training materials are in English.
Designed primarily for new and future managers, this online course focuses on basic leadership skills, tools and techniques. More specifically, the training covers such topics as:
- Personal leadership
- Leadership styles
- Communication skills
- Meeting management
- Conflict management
- Difficult conversations
- Situational leadership
- Change management
Also included in the training are issues related to Danish workplace and leadership culture as well as employment law.
The online leadership course consists of five modules, each lasting 2-3 days. To benefit the most from the training, it is recommendable to enroll in the full programme. Alternatively, you may choose just one or any number of modules as you wish.
